About Minton

Minton began at a club social night, with a whiteboard, a pile of name cards and an organiser who never got to play.

Why it exists

Drawing fair rounds of doubles by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. Someone rests twice in a row, the same four end up on court again, and the organiser spends the night at the desk instead of on court.

Minton does that work in seconds. It remembers who has played, who has rested and who has partnered whom, and puts everyone on a board they can see from their phone.
