This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.

What clubs hold about players

A club records each player's first name, last name and grade, and each night who is checked in and the rounds they play. An organiser may also record an email address and contact number, which only that club's organisers see. Each club's board explains this in its own privacy page.

Signing in

Organisers, and players a club has invited to link their email, sign in with their email address. Signing in is handled by Clerk (clerk.com), and emails are sent through Resend (resend.com).

Deleting your sign-in

A signed-in player can delete their sign-in and everything held about them from their own page. Each club keeps its own record of you as a player; ask the club if you want that removed too.

What we do not hold

Membership, fees and eligibility are managed by each club elsewhere, and are not stored in Minton.
