Plans and billing
What each plan allows, counted players, and billing contacts.
The plans
- Free: up to 16 counted players a month, nights on up to 2 courts, grades set by hand.
- Club, $29 a month: up to 40 counted players a month, any number of courts, and gradings.
- Club Plus, $49 a month: up to 80 counted players a month, any number of courts, and gradings.
- Large, $79 a month: any number of counted players and courts, and gradings.
Prices in New Zealand dollars, billed monthly. A night already running is never touched by a plan change.
Counted players
A player counts once in a calendar month if they checked in to any of the club's nights that month. Passing the cap never stops a night in progress; only after two months over it are check-ins past the cap refused, and only on nights that start later.
Billing contacts
A billing contact chooses the club's plan and pays for it on the Billing page, and is told when a payment fails or the club passes its cap. They're invited by email, like an organiser, and needn't be one. Organisers can see the plan but not change it.
