Signing your club up
Three steps, a confirmation email, and your club is running: what the form asks, what is permanent, and what a paid plan means.
The three steps
- Your club: its name, and its address on Minton. The address is suggested from the name and you can change it. It goes on your poster and never changes, so pick it with care.
- Plan: Free unless you choose a paid one. You can change it later on the Billing page.
- You: your name and email. You become the club's first organiser (and, on a paid plan, its billing contact), and you sign in with codes sent to that address.
Nothing exists until you confirm
We email you a link. Press Confirm in it and the club is created at that moment; until then nothing is, and the link stops working after 7 days. Sign up again from the same address and the newer sign-up replaces the older one.
Courts
A new club starts with courts 1 and 2. Add or renumber yours under Organisation settings once you're in; the Start night dialog offers whatever is set there.
A paid plan
It starts when you confirm, and you have 14 days to pay: by invoice, or on the club's Billing page once paying online is on. Unpaid after that, the club keeps its plan for 14 more days, then moves to the Free plan with its players and grades kept.
"Signups are paused"
Now and then the form rests. Get in touch and we'll set your club up by hand.
