Checking in and out
How to check yourself in on the board, what happens if you arrive late, and how to check out when you leave.
Checking in
Scan the poster by the door, or open your club's board on your phone. The check-in is at the top of the page: type your name and tap Check in. If your name isn't there yet, tap New Player, enter your first and last name, and you're in. The organiser gives you a grade before you're drawn into a round.
You can also just tell the desk, and the organiser will tick you in.
Arriving late
Checking in puts you in the next round drawn. A round already in play isn't changed. If the organiser has a draft round on the table and fairness says you should play before someone on it, you take their seat and they rest; otherwise you're on the resting list until the next round.
Checking out
When you leave, find your name under Already checked in and tap Check out. You're left out of every round from then on. If you were checked out by mistake, or come back, tap Check back in: your games played and rests are kept, so you pick up where you left off.
Checking in at another club
If you've linked your email to your player at more than one club, you can only be checked in at one of them at a time. Checking in at a second club checks you out of the first, unless you were checked in there in the last four hours, in which case the second club's organiser has to choose Check in here anyway.
